   I am in the UK. But I think the best time to buy a house is when I did. That was October ……… 1972. How much was it? Oh … £6800 or about $3500. Its not my fault though.

   the part about 70k annual average HHI and 700k homes… I know there are not that many retarded people in CA. Most people with an 85+ IQ could see that from a mile..what the hell happened..they thought it was all OK. I would talk to them all of the time. it’s true. now they learn.

   Dit is fantastisch. Ik ben het opzetten van een bod volgende week en ik voelde bijna schuldig omdat ik te bieden wat de eigenaar kocht het pand in 2000, pre-vastgoed boom. Dit maakt me meer vertrouwen dat ik de juiste beslissing. Ik woon in Florida waar vastgoed waarden crashen hard. Ik zou nooit iemand de vraagprijs en ik ben bereid om te lopen afstand.

   This video just echoed my thoughts on this whole “it’s a good time to buy argument”. My friend in Aliso Viejo, CA bought his townhome in 1998 for $185,000. That same townhome was $550,000 in 2006 and now is $450,000, so is it a good time to buy if it once was $185k and the real incomes (inflation adjusted) have declined since then? THINK ABOUT THIS CAREFULLY!

    Ik kan niet zien hoe de traditionele baksteen en mortel makelaars kunnen concurreren met sites zoals zillow, trulia en reozom. Vooral gezien veel huiseigenaren gewoon niet over genoeg eigen vermogen ter dekking van de zes procent provisie traditionele makelaars kosten.
